Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By using sejo, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Service description

sejo is a travel companion app that lets you:

• Organize your trips and bookings in one place
• Share a trip with other people via an invite link
• Automatically extract the details of your confirmations (flights, hotels, trains, etc.)
• Track your flights' status in real time
• Look up emergency numbers and embassies at your destination

3. Account

An account is required to use sejo. Sign-up happens exclusively through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the security of your Apple account.

4. User content

You keep ownership of any content you submit to sejo (photos, emails, bookings). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your content in the app
• Send your confirmations to an AI service to extract their details
• Share a trip's content with the members you invited

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use sejo to store or transmit unlawful content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Abuse the parsing service (automatic extraction) for purposes unrelated to travel
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app
• Use bots or scripts to automate access to the service

6. Booking parsing

The parsing service uses artificial intelligence to extract the details of your confirmations. This parsing is provided for guidance only:

• Results may contain errors — always double-check critical information (times, terminals, addresses)
• sejo is not a substitute for your providers' official confirmations
• Flight status comes from a third-party service (AeroDataBox) and may lag by a few minutes

7. Emergency information

The emergency numbers, embassies and travel alerts shown in sejo are provided for information only. They come from official sources (governments, NASA, GDACS) but may not be up to date. In a real emergency, contact local services directly.

8. Availability

sejo is provided "as is". We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or force majeure.

9. Pricing

sejo is currently free. If a paid model is introduced in the future, you will be informed in advance and the features already available for free will remain accessible.

10. Intellectual property

sejo, its design, code and brand are the property of HBLR Studio. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute the app or its elements without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HBLR Studio cannot be held liable for:

• Losses related to incorrect or incomplete travel information produced by AI parsing
• Temporary unavailability of the service
• Actions of third-party services (Anthropic, AeroDataBox, Apple)

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of violation of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France.

14. Changes

These terms may be updated. The last-modified date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of sejo after a change constitutes acceptance.
